Whether it’s demystifying hormones, revving up metabolism, or balancing thyroid function, I’m here to walk alongside you as a mentor through it all.
But it’s not just about the physical stuff. I also help people find their balance, harmony, and deeper connections in life. Together, we tackle those mental roadblocks that might be holding you back from feeling your best and living an authentic life. My goal is to provide an authentic experience that feels real and meaningful.
Before diving into health, I spent time in nature, hanging out with amazing creatures like horses, dolphins, lions, and tigers. Those experiences taught me a lot about the beauty of life and how we’re all connected.

As long as I can remember I have always had health issues. Some were physical and others were more personal. I seemed to always have limiting beliefs due to anxiety and depression. I thought it was just something I had to deal with through prescriptions and curbed life choices. Once I decided that I no longer wanted to be slave those nagging thoughts, I knew it was time to start working the Jennifer. I knew that food had the power to heal and hurt. But I didn't know which foods did what. I had tried all the "fad diets" and always seemed to feel worse. On my first meeting with Jennifer I told her what I was looking to achieve and how I wanted to feel better. You can tell by talking to her that she really listens and really cares about everything you're saying and speaks to you in a way that makes you feel very inspired and confident. She explains everything in great detail and works with you day in and day out. She has numerous educational tools, videos, worksheets, workouts, one on one training, group training and a TON on resources so you never feel alone or unsure. I can't recommend her enough to anyone looking to improve their health and way of life. She is truly a Godsend and I can't wait to be able to work with her again in the Fall.
